Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all excursions and transfers requested and booked via WhatsApp with United Tours Hurghada.

2. Booking & contract

Your request via WhatsApp is non-binding. The contract is concluded when we personally confirm the tour, date, pick-up time and price with you via WhatsApp.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are per person in euros unless stated otherwise. Children under 6 years join for free, children aged 6–11 pay 50 %.

You pay in cash on the day of the excursion. No prepayment is required and we never ask for card details.

4. Services & schedule

Included are the services listed with each excursion – at minimum hotel pick-up, return transfer and a guide.

Times and schedule may shift due to weather, sea conditions, traffic or official decisions. We will inform you in good time via WhatsApp.

5. Cancellation by the guest

Cancellation is free of charge – please let us know as early as possible via WhatsApp so we can offer the place to someone else.

As payment happens on site, there is nothing to refund.

6. Changes or cancellation by us

In bad weather, rough seas or due to official orders we may have to cancel an excursion. We will offer you an alternative date; if that does not suit you, the trip simply does not take place and no costs arise.

7. Participation & liability

Please follow the safety instructions of our team. Mention any health restrictions (e.g. for snorkelling, diving or quad biking) before booking.

We recommend your own travel and accident insurance. Our liability follows the statutory provisions of Egypt.

8. Privacy

The details you send via WhatsApp (name, hotel, date, number of people) are used only to plan your booking. No sharing with third parties, no newsletter.

9. Final provisions

Egyptian law applies. Should any clause be invalid, the remainder of these terms stays in force.
